My final year project revolves around how buildings can react thoughtfully with the surrounding landscape. We live in a world where tall skyscrapers and blocky monolithic structures domininate and disregard their natural settings, and I aim to design in a way that learns from and enhances the landscape.

My designs seek to blur the boundaries between building and nature, working with organic curves forms that complement the contours and work with the landscape. Materials are chosen to come from nature and weather into the scenery over time. My proposal combines landscaping and architecture together as they should be, the form following the paths of prevailing winds and sun diagrams while expressing complex structure and geometry. Ultimately my goal is to design structures that primarily feels like a part of the environment. I believe that by respecting the pre-existing beauty of the natural world my work will stand out as spaces that creates harmony between humanlind and the earth.
