My scheme is to develop a service station that follows a circular economy system; it involves a waste management system, where waste collection points are set up in the nearby towns to collect food waste and are delivered to site. farming on site produces energy crops and supply food to the cafe. food waste from the cafe is put in the waste collection system. the energy crops and food waste from the cafe and nearby towns will be converted into electricty by an anaerobic digestion plant on site and distributed to electric vehicles. the scheme forms a circular loop and minimizes the amount of waste produced.
