This proposal aims to bring a derelict industrial reservoir and its surrounding plant area back to life. In the proposal there three aspects, preservation, reintegration and creating new connections. The project reserves the traces of industrialization as a part of local memory, sets up new orders out of the current chaotic situation in the site, and endows the site with new functions. Through the principles, the project realizes the transformation of the site and make it integrated into the city
