We are in the midst of a digital revolution that is affecting society, economy, and culture. Therefore, we put forward higher requirements on the function and use of urban settlements. The gap between public and private space, between living and working, and between digital and analog is gradually disappearing. This design is about ‘Mixed-use city ’urban design in Vienna,I want to create a city that is no longer single-function structures with many life circles and emphasizes in riverfront landscape (according to seasonal high tide) and transport infrastructure and etc. In the context of changing living conditions, new everyday cultures, and continuously diverse society (multi-place or temporary housing, privatization, the sharing economy, etc.), what needs must the residential buildings of the future meet? What design approaches can accommodate the functionality and quality of the various mixed-use options? What is the role of public space?
