I am a graduate student at Manchester Metropolitan University, majoring in architecture and urban design, and my undergraduate major is also architecture. Five years of undergraduate studies have led me in the right direction, turning my excitement and imagination of architectural instincts into systematic knowledge and comprehensive understanding. The study of architecture made me think about how to use space, from the aesthetic application of color, lighting, composition and other aesthetic elements. Architecture is an extension of urban context and space. As a medium, it provides the social and political attributes of different spaces. The language of architecture is integrated into the humanities. From abstraction to practice, it also provides me with a way to observe different lifestyles, Explore ways of society and the world, and be more open and tolerant of opposition and dissent.
