Colin Pugh is a senior academic and PSRB Lead (Professional Statutory and Regulatory Bodies) in the Manchester School of Architecture having extensive leadership experience in both undergraduate and post graduate programmes in architecture and the way that these relate to the regulatory contexts for the education of `architects` in the UK, the European Union and beyond. He is a currently Secretary to SCHOSA (Standing Conference of Heads of Schools of Architecture) in the UK and is an experienced external examiner and adviser to institutions offering programmes in the architecture.

His extensive teaching experience includes directing a Master`s studio in architecture focussed on the ecology of buildings in time that won extensive awards in international design competitions and engaged in a variety of live projects and collaborations with practising professionals.
