Home Of Beginnings

This project explores how architecture can support inclusivity, community belonging, and environmental sustainability through adaptable spatial design. Designed for single mothers, disabled users, and the wider local community, it combines music spaces, a cafe, and gardens to encourage social interaction and wellbeing. The rotating facade system allows users to adjust light, privacy, ventilation, and atmosphere according to changing needs. Strategies such as CLT construction, natural insulation, rainwater collection, cross ventilation, and biodiversity-focused landscaping further support long-term sustainability, creating a flexible, caring, and socially responsible community space.
