Green-Drive Hub
My work is rooted in a commitment to resilient, future-oriented design that bridges architecture, technology, and environmental responsibility. I am particularly interested in how built environments can act as catalysts for systemic change.
This project located in Cleator Moor emerged from my research and passion for resilient, a future-oriented construction. I interpreted the brief centered on a transport hub into a broader vision of energy as a regional commodity. This conceptual shift enabled me to explore architecture as a catalyst for transformation to renewable energy infrastructure. I reimagine infrastructure through the lens of renewable energy, developing a masterplan that integrates this technology with local livelihoods. Through data mapping and stakeholder-driven programming, the proposal positions Cumbria as a future powerhouse for electric vehicle infrastructure.
I focus on careful material choices and measurable performance to make my designs both credible and impactful. I see buildings not just as structures, but as active parts of their environment that can help drive a more sustainable future. My goal is to design architecture that responds to its context, uses technology wisely, and addresses the urgent challenges of climate change and the shift to clean energy.
